Ankita Lokhande, who is 38 years old, made the decision to compete in Bigg Boss 17 after learning that her husband, the businessman Vicky Jain, would also be competing.
“I never in a million years imagined that I would be a participant on Bigg Boss. I make it a point to avoid getting involved in contentious debates. Fighting is something I’d rather avoid. Although I’ve always seen contestants on Bigg Boss bickering and fighting with one another, the show’s dynamic has shifted significantly throughout the course of its history. “There’s a certain limit right now,” Ankita stated right before she walked on stage. “I’m about to cross it.”
“Another thing is that I have Vicky standing right here with me. I’m someone who gets easily emotional. Therefore, having my boyfriend appear on the show beside me will serve as a significant source of support and strength,” she continued.
Ankita shared that she is ‘nervous and eager’ about the prospect of forging new relationships on the reality show.
“I’m excited and at the same time, very nervous because meeting new people, making new relationships and forming new bonds is a different thing,” according to her.
She admits to being a Bigg Boss fan and has stated that Gauahar Khan, Karishma Tanna, Tina Datta, and Rashmi Desai are some of her favourite contestants from prior seasons. She has high expectations that the difficulties she would face in the Big Brother house will provide her with new insights into life in general.
“I want to test my limits and see what else I’m capable of,” she said. I enjoy a good challenge and am always looking for new ones. That is something I am looking forward to. Everyone who has ever appeared on the show has taken away some valuable information from their experience. I’m positive that working with Big Boss will teach me a lot of valuable lessons, and that they’ll help me develop personally and professionally.
